Job Title: Digital Engagement Manager

Job Summary: The Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to enhance online engagement with key stakeholders. This role involves managing digital platforms creating content and implementing campaigns that drive online interaction and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing skills creativity and experience in managing online communities and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital engagement strategies.
• Manage and oversee the organizations digital platforms including websites social media channels and email marketing.
• Create curate and distribute engaging content across digital channels to drive interaction and engagement.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital engagement activities providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and aligned digital engagement efforts.
• Prepare and present reports on digital engagement activities outcomes and metrics to senior leadership.
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve digital engagement strategies.
• Manage digital engagementrelated budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing digital engagement or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies tools and platforms.
• Excellent content creation and curation skills.
• Proven experience in managing social media channels websites and email marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to assess digital engagement effectiveness and impact.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Hootsuite Mailchimp).
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively to drive digital engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
