Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and clientfocused Wealth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of highnetworth clients providing personalized financial advice and developing strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals. This role requires a deep understanding of investment management estate planning tax strategies and risk management.
Key Responsibilities: -
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with highnetworth individuals and families understanding their financial goals risk tolerance and life aspirations.
- Conduct regular reviews and update clients on their portfolios market conditions and any recommended changes to their financial strategies.

Investment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement tailored investment strategies that align with clients financial objectives and risk profiles.
- Monitor and adjust investment portfolios to respond to market trends economic shifts and changes in clients circumstances.

Comprehensive Financial Planning:
- Provide holistic financial planning services including retirement planning tax planning estate planning and philanthropic giving.
- Collaborate with clients other advisors (e.g. attorneys accountants) to ensure all aspects of their financial life are integrated and optimized.

Risk Management & Insurance Planning:
- Assess clients risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to protect their wealth.
- Review and adjust insurance coverage as needed to ensure clients are adequately protected.

Estate Planning & Wealth Transfer:
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies to ensure the efficient transfer of wealth to future generations.
- Assist in the creation and management of trusts wills and other estate planning tools.

Tax Strategy & Optimization:
- Work with clients to develop taxefficient investment strategies and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws.
- Provide guidance on tax implications of investment decisions charitable contributions and estate planning.

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base through networking referrals and community involvement.
- Present wealth management services to prospective clients tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.

Regulatory Compliance & Ethical Standards:
- Ensure all client interactions and financial recommendations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing the clients best interests.
Qualifications: -
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).

Experience:
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in wealth management financial planning or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing highnetworth client relationships and delivering tailored financial advice.

Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of investment management tax planning estate planning and risk management.
- Proficiency with financial planning software and portfolio management tools.

Certifications:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 63 and 65/66 licenses required.
