Job Description
Overview: The VP of Partnerships at Augmentjobs will play a critical role in shaping and driving our strategic partnerships. This position involves identifying developing and managing key relationships to enhance the companys market position and achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership development and strategic planning with a proven track record of building successful alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the companys strategic goals.
Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive growth and expand market presence.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for partnership inquiries and issues.
Monitor and manage the performance of partnerships ensuring alignment with business objectives.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (sales marketing product development) to integrate partnership strategies into business operations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and support for partnership initiatives.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive threats.
Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance progress and impact on business goals.
Strategic Planning and :
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve partnership objectives and drive company growth.
Evaluate and adjust partnership strategies based on performance metrics and changing market conditions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
25 years of experience in partnership management business development or a related role.
Technical Skills:
Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
Personal Attributes:
Strategic thinker with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software and partnership management tools.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
