Job Description:
As the VP of Growth at Augmentjobs you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive the companys expansion and market presence. You will lead a dynamic team collaborate with crossfunctional departments and leverage datadriven insights to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking leadership and handson to accelerate customer acquisition retention and overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition engagement and retention. Identify new market opportunities and evaluate competitive positioning.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and market research to inform decisionmaking and optimize growth tactics. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of growth professionals including marketing sales and product teams. Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Campaign Management: Oversee the development and of growth campaigns including digital marketing content creation and partnership initiatives.
Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine growth strategies and enhance user experience. Implement strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing sales and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
Budget Management: Manage the growth budget effectively ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team on growth performance challenges and opportunities. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in growth roles preferably in a fastpaced or techdriven environment.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing highperforming teams. Strong leadership and people management skills.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis and using insights to drive growth. Proficiency in growth metrics KPIs and A/B testing.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans. Strong problemsolving skills and a strategic mindset.
Marketing Knowledge: Experience with digital marketing content strategy and growth hacking techniques. Familiarity with SEO SEM and social media marketing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in growth tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics CRM systems marketing automation tools).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex data and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
