Responsibilities:

  1. Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate the overall product vision strategy and roadmap for the company aligning them with business objectives market opportunities and customer needs.

  2. Leadership and Team Building: Build and lead a highperforming product organization including product management design and other related functions providing guidance mentorship and support to drive product excellence and innovation.

  3. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with executive leadership engineering marketing sales and other stakeholders to align product initiatives with business goals drive consensus and ensure successful .

  4. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct comprehensive market research competitive analysis and customer segmentation to identify market opportunities emerging trends and areas for product innovation.

  5. Product Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes feature development and enhancements based on customer needs business objectives and market dynamics.

  6. Requirement Prioritization: Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders ensuring that the team is focused on delivering highimpact features and improvements.

  7. Product Development Oversight: Provide strategic direction and guidance to product managers and crossfunctional teams throughout the product development lifecycle from concept ideation to launch and iteration.

  8. User Experience Optimization: Ensure the delivery of intuitive userfriendly product experiences that delight customers and drive user engagement satisfaction and loyalty.

  9. Performance Monitoring and Iteration: Analyze product performance metrics user feedback and market trends to iterate on product features optimize user experience and drive continuous improvement.

  10. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates milestones and roadmap changes to internal stakeholders executive leadership and external partners.

  11. Revenue and Growth Optimization: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop gotomarket strategies pricing models and promotional campaigns to maximize product adoption revenue growth and market share.
