The Head of Digital Experience is:
- 10 years of eCommerce experience with 5 years as a senior leader with a track record of shaping bestinclass nextgen consumer journeys (including CRM) and digital experiences to optimize the path to purchase and increase conversion positively impacting revenue
- Leader who is highly adept at leveraging bestinclass and nextgen tools and methodologies (Including: CRM Analytics Attribution A/B Testing Personalization Segmentation ML AI Chat Bots etc.).
- Industry Experience: B2C and or B2B2C preferred. High consideration/long path to purchase category experience ideal.
- Location: Chicago Illinois (hybrid) and/or Open to Relocation
