Inventory Specialist

The Field Inventory Specialist is responsible for coordinating and processing incoming and outgoing materials as part of the RDOF program. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records and overseeing material flow with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of basic computer programs and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Receive materials from vendors and internal transfers.
• Distribute materials to subcontractors.
• Comply with all safety standards.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable standing and working outdoors for extended periods.
• Proficient in computer programs for data entry including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with inventory or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
