Job Description
Legacy Silverton Medical Center is seeking a LOCUM skilled and dedicated Breast imaging radiologist to join their team ASAP!
Requirement description :
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements :
On Call Requirements :
- Hospitalbased Breast Center
- 8 am 5 pm schedule Monday to Friday
- Level 4 trauma designation
- No ER volume as this is a Breast Imager position
- Powerscribe dictation into EPIC EPIC Mammography reporting
- 1 mammography room and 2 ultrasound rooms at Silverton; 1 mammography room and 1 ultrasound room at the Imaging Center (only screening exams performed at this facility)
- 250 radiologists in the Seattlebased practice with the Breast Imager serving as the onsite physician
- Support staff includes 2 daytime ultrasound techs 1 mammography tech and 1 breast navigator
- Breast navigator assists in stereotactic and ultrasoundguided breast biopsies and helps schedule followup care for mammography patients
- Teleradiology is not an option for this position is used for diagnostic radiology exams but not for breast imaging
- Adult patient demographic.
Requirement description :
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years REQUIRED
- Fellowship in Breast Imaging highly preferred
- Active OR License REQUIRED
- BLS REQUIRED
- Proficiency in mammography and breast biopsies REQUIRED
- Must be interested in going perm after working an agreed upon amount of time as a locum.
