Job Description
A prestigious pet insurance company is looking to add a Flemish profile Customer Service Agent with fluency in French to their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customerfocused skills offering support and guidance related to pet insurance policies.
Your tasks
- Provide topnotch customer support regarding insurance policies.
- Handle payment processing and refunds.
- Resolve inquiries and offer general assistance regarding coverage.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients ensuring a positive customer experience.
Your profile
- Flemish profile with proficiency in French.
- Previous experience in customer service preferably in similar sectors such as insurance tourism or entertainment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong ability to solve problems.
- Availability to work the designated schedule (Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00).
