Job Description
Position: RN Operating Room (OR)
Start Date: 10/7/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Pittsfield MA 01201
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 7:00 AM 3:30 PM 8
Shift Notes: 8hr days Will float to Pittsfield OR and/or Crane Center (Ambulatory) as needed. 40hr gt
Weekend Requirements: None/Holidays required if needed
OnCall Requirements: No Call
COVID19/FLU Requirement: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM.

IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)
Dress Code: Facilityprovided scrubs

Submission Requirements- 3 years current OR experience SCRUB AND CIRCULATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. PLEASE UPLOAD BOTH SCRUB AND CIRC SKILLS CHECKLISTS
- ENDO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- General Ortho Neuro Urology Vascular and Bariatric Surgical experience required
- Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile
- BLS (AHA)
- Massachusetts
- MA license MUST be in hand at profile upload. The facility will not pend license
