Position: RN Operating Room (OR)

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 7:00 AM 3:30 PM 8

Shift Notes: 8hr days Will float to Pittsfield OR and/or Crane Center (Ambulatory) as needed. 40hr gt

Weekend Requirements: None/Holidays required if needed

OnCall Requirements: No Call

COVID19/FLU Requirement: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM.

• 3 years current OR experience SCRUB AND CIRCULATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. PLEASE UPLOAD BOTH SCRUB AND CIRC SKILLS CHECKLISTS
• ENDO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• General Ortho Neuro Urology Vascular and Bariatric Surgical experience required
• Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile

• BLS (AHA)

• Massachusetts

• MA license MUST be in hand at profile upload. The facility will not pend license
