Job Overview:
NextRow Digital is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Adobe Experience Cloud Presales Engineer to join our team in Schaumburg IL. In this role you will work closely with the sales technical and client teams to design and present Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will be a key player in the presales process demonstrating the value of our solutions addressing technical questions and architecting bestinclass experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Analytics Adobe Campaign and other Adobe marketing solutions. Any experience with AEP is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical advisor and product expert to support the sales team in driving Adobe Experience Cloud opportunities.
  • Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations addressing client needs and presenting tailored solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and architect comprehensive solutions that leverage the capabilities of AEM Adobe Campaign Adobe Target and other relevant Adobe technologies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients addressing technical concerns and ensuring a smooth transition from presales to implementation.
  • Develop and deliver custom presentations technical proposals and proofofconcepts to demonstrate product capabilities and drive value.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Adobe Experience Cloud products and the broader digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and the technical team ensuring a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including delivery project management and consulting teams to align sales strategies with client needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the sales team and assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Participate in industry events webinars and conferences to promote NextRow Digitals Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in a presales solutions architecture or technical consulting role focusing on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Strong handson experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Analytics Adobe Campaign and other Adobe marketing products.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript REST APIs) content management systems and digital marketing platforms.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating and delivering compelling presentations demos and proofofconcepts.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong customerfacing skills with the ability to influence decisions and articulate value propositions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Adobe Certified Expert in one or more Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients in industries such as healthcare finance or retail.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
  • Experience working within a global matrixed environment.
