Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement BI strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with senior leadership on business objectives and data needs.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and consistency. Oversee data governance warehousing ETL processes and quality initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Design advanced analytics solutions maintain dashboards and provide actionable insights. Manage sales budgets CRM and market research.
- Technology: Select and implement BI tools. Stay updated on BI and analytics trends.
- Collaboration: Work with various departments and communicate data insights effectively. Promote datadriven decisionmaking.
- Performance Measurement: Define KPIs monitor BI projects and continuously improve BI processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Masters preferred.
- 5 years in BI or data analytics within the Pharma industry.
- Proficiency in BI tools SQL data warehousing OCE/VEEVA and ETL processes. Python or R knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
