SAP TM - Technical Transportation Management

Successful candidate will be working with a solution integrator for a green field implementation. Instrumental in SAP TM identifying enhancement points participating in workshops and delivering RICEFW with a team through a rigorous build / testing framework. Strong handson configuration experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues enhancements and projects
• Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives
• Author Functional Specification documents
• Test and track business requirements through implementation
• Analyze business strategy and user needs document business processes and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues new enhancements and new applications
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and factfinding and available IT solutions
• Interpret existing applications and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• 12 years of Business Analyst experience through internships or industry experience to include:
  • Experience developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans
  • 2 years SAP experience
  • Excellent documentation experience using Microsoft office SharePoint or similar tool
  • Ability to identifying process issues and suggestions for improvement
• Strong communicator with organized thought delivery
• Self starter/independent worker
• Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Information Systems Computer Science or related field (or equivalent years of training work experience and education)
