Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full Stack Tech Lead (Angular NodeJS) for a client company in Colombo.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Angular and frontend development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScriptbased web technologies libraries and frameworks.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in fullstack development.
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
- Solid understanding of design principles patterns coding practices and code quality standards.
- Strong communication collaboration problemsolving and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CTO and other company leads to set up the companys engineering structure for future growth.
- Design and develop highquality frontend applications using TypeScript HTML CSS Node.js AWS and Git.
- Lead a team of software engineers providing technical guidance mentorship and support throughout the development lifecycle including both frontend and backend development.
- Ensure the performance security scalability and optimization of applications while advocating coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate remotely with product managers designers and other stakeholders using appropriate tools in a fully agile environment.
- Document the design and implementation of the applications and ensure the technical documentation is clear and up to date.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks that can improve the development process.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous innovation within the team.
