Disclaimer: This is an independent consultancy contract for a period of 06 months and extendable.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business analysis core responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire requirements management process within a project(s)
- Ownership of BA process
- Detailed understanding of the overall scope of the project and managing scope related changes effectively
- Responsible to provide estimates for requirements elicitation documentation and review activities
- Review of documentation for consistency and accuracy
- Managing the onboarding/rolloff activities for Business Analyst resources who join or leave the project team
- Responsible for coordinating junior Business Analyst members on projects
- Strike a good balance between setting the BA team up for ultimate success from a project execution standpoint whilst ensuring that each Business Analyst has the opportunity to grow as individuals on the project
- Ability to take up a mentoring role to assist SBA and below positions to groom up while constantly monitoring the progress.
- Architecting the solution
- Ability to build a good rapport with the stakeholders.
Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge:
- 5 to 8 year(s) experience in software Business Analysis.
- Experience in the relevant business areas and domains are preferred.
- Good interviewing elicitation communication presentation writing and problemsolving skills.
- Good understanding of the business processes and basic knowledge on the development and modelling tools.
- Ability to formulate research and analysis studies plan and reports analyze alternatives and use appropriate support and /or illustrative software.
- Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.
