Role : Business Analyst/End User and Branding Consultant
Location : Louisiana
Duration : Long Term
Job Summary:
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
The Business Analyst will work directly with the customer to gather all customer requirements review the current website/documents and develop a strategy for implementing a better userfriendly customercentric website that meets all agency State and Federal requirements. They will engage with the agency stakeholders and Account Manager to develop guidelines to completely rebrand the website and documents. They must obtain LWC Managements approval of the final branding for the website and documents. They will work with all team members to ensure these requirements are met and all changes are implemented to meet the approved branding defined in the overall strategy.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- This position requires three years experience/expertise working with customers on logo and website rebranding and design.
- This position requires three years experience/expertise in creating content strategies for large enterpriselevel websites and content providers.
- Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- At least three years experience creating business requirements for website content is desirable.
- At least three years experience creating professional logos is desirable.
- At least one year of experience with the marketing aesthetics of a customer centric website is desirable.
