Key Responsibilities:
*Organize working groups & create process maps
*Listen to SMEs & notate process flows using Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN)
*Depict information value streams and identify areas of waste
*Utilize best practice facilitation techniques to engage SMEs/participants
*Champion overall continuous improvement mission & spirit
*Understand big picture goals team culture and become an expert on assigned missions
I*nfuse Lean & Six Sigma techniques to facilitate process improvements
*Communicate strategic improvement ideas and lead priorities set by the business
*Deliver effective process standardization that prioritizes human beings
*Organize & communicate information efficiently
*Enable Technology teams to deliver optimized solutions
*Create/execute clear plans to keep crossfunctional stakeholders aligned
