What you will do

  1. You will be responsible for establishing and developing the business relationship with our operators and key accounts on a social structural and qualitative level.
  2. You will train follow and help our operators in the technical implementation of our solution on CMS and sales channels.
  3. You will support our customers as a reliable consultant. Your responsibility is to ensure the quality and availability of the customer experience.
  4. You will derive improvement measures from complaints from our customers. In doing so you will actively participate in improving our software product.
  5. You will use your friendly attitude to conduct contract renegotiation or upselling with our customers.
  6. Occasionally you will use your talents and skills during trainings or meetings at our operators offices.

What we are looking for

  1. You have a professional experience in account management or similar position.
  2. You are keen to present customers with a product that has real added value and to make it fit their needs.
  3. You have a strong affinity for technology (esp. API HTML/CSS) and digital marketing metrics and tools (esp. Hubspot and Pendo)
  4. You have an impressively purposeful manner and great commitment.
  5. You speak German and English on a professional level further languages would be considered a plus (esp. Spanish French Croatian Greek Dutch).
  6. Past experiences in SaaS companies especially in the tourism and tours & activities market would be considered as a plus.
