Job Description

Position Overview:

Business development executive will play a critical role in facilitating smooth sales operations by handling inquiries managing communications and providing administrative support to the sales team. This role involves responding to emails social media messages and WhatsApp communications and occasionally speaking with clients over the phone.

While physical sales interactions are not required immediately the role may evolve to include these responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries received via email Instagram WhatsApp and other digital channels.
    • Engage with architects interior designers and other potential clients addressing their questions and providing detailed information about our products and services.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  1. Sales Support:
    • Prepare and send quotations product information and promotional materials as requested by clients.
    • Manage and update client information and sales leads in the CRM system.
  1. Phone Communications:
    • Handle phone inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
    • Occasionally follow up with clients via phone to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback.
  1. Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain organized records of client interactions sales inquiries and followups.
    • Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and client communications.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  1. Future Sales Responsibilities:
    • As the role evolves participate in physical sales activities including client meetings and product demonstrations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination customer service or a similar role preferably in a luxury or home decor industry.
  • Proficient in using email social media platforms and CRM software.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
