Overview:
We are hiring for a leading NBFC seeking a Head B2C to take full ownership of the B2C segment from P&L management to customer journey optimization. This role is pivotal in driving business growth enhancing customer experience and leading a highperforming team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage P&L for the B2C segment ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Oversee the endtoend customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Develop and execute strategies for digital lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Optimize loan conversion processes with crossfunctional teams.
- Use datadriven insights to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with tech teams for seamless loan processing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in B2C operations with strong P&L management.
- Expertise in digital marketing lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of home loan and LAP processes.
- Leadership skills with a customerfirst approach.
- Proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking and techdriven operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field.
- 510 years in B2C leadership preferably in fintech or lending.
- Experience in the Indian home loan market is a plus.
