We are seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Business Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about digital marketing and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales team members.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold calls networking referrals and both online and facetoface meetings.
  • Craft strategic plans for clients focusing on customer insights relationshipbuilding and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective marketing solutions that drive tangible results for clients.
  • Take charge of the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation handling objections and closing deals.
  • Regularly report on weekly activities and progress in the sales pipeline.
  • Adhere to precise processes including accurate data collection contract handling and efficient progression through relevant channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Economics Communications or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Having experiences in managing team.
  • A proven track record in sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive and learn quickly in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong team player mentality.
  • Selfmotivated with a proven ability to represent our brand and services confidently.
  • Fluency in English.
