Job Description
NC Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Technical fullstack Lead for managing the Transformation and Upgrades to Encounter Processing System. This Application is managed inhouse by the State Team.
- NNC Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Technical fullstack Lead for managing the Transformation and Upgrades to Encounter Processing System.
- This full stack developer is to serve as an application developer for the NCDHHS in the design development maintenance of Web Portal with Angular JEE based applications.
- Practical experience in building enterprise applications is required.
- Must have extensive experience in Angular framework in Spring Framework JUnit4 HTML XML JSON JavaScript CSS and Gradle is required.
- Experience in Web Services (REST SOAP) development is required.
- Must have backend REST API development experience.
- Must have implemented SAML SSO using React and REST API.
- Must have AWS Cloud experience.
- Must have GitHub experience.
- Should have experience using one or more application servers like WebSphere Tomcat. Good understanding of enterprise architectural patterns including JEEdesign patterns is required.
- Good understanding of relational databaseconcepts specifically Oracle and software development life cycle is required.Experience in MMIS subsystems is preferred. Individual in this Position isresponsible for the design development and maintenance of mission criticalapplications.
- This position involves working with the project manager projectmanagement staff other members of the project team and stakeholders.
Exhaustive Working knowledge of:
- Design develop and maintain webbased solutions using common standards and frameworks such as Angular React.js Spring Boot JAXB JAXWS JAXRS JPAJava EE Spring framework Hibernate and MyBatis.
- Creation and validation ofSOAP and REST based clients and web services are desired.
- Excellent knowledge of web clientside technologies (HTML JavaScript and CSS) Java development and build tools is required.
- Experience in using application servers like WebSphere Tomcat is a must. Strong understanding of relational database concepts and experience interfacing with and working with databases like Oracle DB2 and/or MS SQL Server is required.
- Strong debugging and problemsolving skills and Knowledge of enterprise architectural patterns including JEE design patterns is required. and flowcharts. Cloud deployment is a plus.
