Job Description

What you will be doing:
- Maintain train personnel set up user profiles (internal employee and third party) and respond to inquiries regarding all accountingrelated tasks.
- Work with various systems and software including Yardi (Commercial and Residential Voyager Yardi One CRM Fixed Assets Module Job Cost Module Client Central Resident Café/Site Manager Elevate/Payscan) and Citrix.
- Assist with implementing new databases and maintain user database.
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications including Word Excel Outlook Teams and Sharedrive.
- Approve and manage timesheets and employee time management.
- Conduct training on accounting systems and software for internal employees.
- Train and onboard all 3rd party management employees and review Senior Accountants financials.
- Complete real estate acquisition and sale checklists including setup and reconciliation of tenantrelated subledger items.
- Lead job cost implementation and review fixed assets and construction in progress reconciliations.
- Review management contracts prior to real estate acquisition incorporating accountingrelated clauses.
- Prepare financial workbooks including bank reconciliations mortgage reconciliations equity schedules and more.
- Assist Director of Finance with the audit process and maintain communication with auditing personnel.
- Maintain distribution lists for user administration and take on additional responsibilities as requested.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA is a plus.
- 5 years of accounting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
