Job Responsibilities:
- Safely perform preventative and corrective maintenance on steel mill equipment and systems
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to challenges in the steel making process.
- Capable of troubleshooting and repairing machinery equipment and facility structures to support operations and production process.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot equipment performance.
- Able to work in a team setting selfmotivated productive without direct supervision.
Job Qualifications:
- Associates degree
- 2 years of experience in steel mill electrical maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting 480V motors and controls
- Experience with PLC systems drives and instrumentation
- Able to work 4on4off 12hr shifts rotating
