This is a remote position.
Our client is one of the leading automation equipment company for food processing industries. This role will be responsible in providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. The role will involve understanding customer requirements designing and implementing beverage processing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities provide technical advice and contribute to the growth of the business in APAC.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions for beverage processing equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our beverage processing solutions.
- Design and develop customized solutions based on customer requirements ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical support during the sales process including answering customer inquiries conducting feasibility studies and preparing technical proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment and systems into customer facilities.
- Conduct onsite visits to assess customer needs troubleshoot technical issues and provide training and support as required.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends technologies and regulations related to beverage processing.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials technical documentation and product specifications.
- Participate in industry trade shows conferences and events to promote our beverage processing solutions and build relationships with customers.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in (electrical industrial chemical mechanical or food engineering food science).
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated excellence in Communication Skills. Communicate clearly and early with international and local stakeholders working across different time zones.
Strong sense of Ownership and Accountability. Be able to track and communicate on progress.
Ability to exhibit a Strategic Mindset and Business Intelligence.
Successful in working in international environment communicating across multiple cultures.
Experience in formalizing application/system documentations e.g. quotes contracts price list knowledge sharing systems
Be able to enforce discipline selfmotivator and selfstarter.
Experience in Beverage Equipment manufacturing/sourcing is a plus

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with sales experience selling industrial products. Product knowledge of air compressor & control system will be advantageous. Self-motivated and customer oriented. Work independently, process good communication and strong presentation skills. Ability to handle customers needs
