VACANCY: 46/2024 : Business Relationship Manager ( West )
The principal function of a Business Relationship Manager is to act as a liaison between Telecom Fiji and its clients from the individual Account/Sales Portfolio developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders in order to achieve customer satisfaction and longterm revenue growth for the organization.
Requirements
Key Accountabilities:
- Actively sell telecommunications products and ICT solutions to business customers utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities by understanding the Telecommunications landscape staying uptodate on emerging trends and anticipating the needs of existing and potential clients.
- Managing and resolving client issues including handling complaints (e.g. Billing queries service faults) addressing concerns and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the companys products and servicesFoster open and effective communication with various stakeholders throughout the organization to promote teamwork enthusiasm and highquality work.
- Timely Updates of CRM: Capturing client activities identifying new opportunities for revenue growth and keeping track of sales forecasts & closure rates.
- Analysing client performance and market trends: Collecting and analysing data on client behaviour market trends and industry best practices and using this information to inform business decisions and strategies. Manage the portfolio of SMEs enterprises and government sector clients.
- Adhere to Telecom Fiji Pte Limiteds proposal policy and deadlines while interacting with clients.
Qualification & Experience:
- Advanced Diploma/Degree in Management or IT and or relevant field from a recognized University or Tertiary Institute with 35 years of experience in the Sales field.
- Sales Techniques: possess competency in sales techniques. This includes skills such as prospecting lead generation relationship building needs analysis objection handling negotiation and closing deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Possesses a winning attitude and good judgment and is a team player with a strong sense of integrity and ethics.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective sales negotiations.
- Possess sales skills to identify opportunities and convert them into business wins and to understand the clients needs and align their offerings to provide the best solution
- Market Research and Analysis: Competence in conducting market research analyzing customer data and identifying target markets
