Job Description
You will be responsible for:
Provide expert system programming support for z/OS and associated products.
Support for the zCX containerised environments.
Installation and maintenance of software for z/OS CICS and associated products;
Installation and maintenance of VTAM TCPIP and IPsec networks.
Resolution of complex technical problems using a combination of inhouse staff external service providers and vendors;
Development maintenance and promotion of procedures and standards for the effective and efficient management and
delivery of mainframe zOS services;
Participation in project development and implementation;
Provide leadership and mentoring within the Technical Services workgroup;
Participation in a 24 hour callout roster and attending outofhours work as required;
Prioritisation and scheduling of one s own work;
Transfer knowledge
