Job Description

Sourcing Loans against securities & ESOP financing business

Responsibilities:

Source business for Las & ESOP financing as per the risk parameters & policy defined.

Responsible for meeting the income parameters

Managing internal & external channel partners

Specific Qualifications (if required)

Should be Graduate.

MBA preferred

Skills Referential: Should have at least 5 years work experience in Sales in the BFSI segment.

Preferably in loans or wealth management

Behavioural Skills: (Please select up to 4 skills)

Ability to deliver / Results driven

Communication skills oral & written

Client focused

Ability to synthetize / simplify

5 + yrs of exp into Sales--BFSI Segment, loan, wealth management.
