German Junior Campaign Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Campaign Specialist you will collaborate closely with a portfolio of new clients to assist them in creating their first online advertising campaigns. This is a goaloriented position where you will work towards personal objectives while being part of a larger onboarding team ultimately making a significant impact on your clients businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted consultant guiding customers through the onboarding process and developing PPC campaigns.
• Identify and address the needs and business goals of clients.
• Drive growth in advertising spend encourage upselling and ensure the sustainability of longterm campaigns.
• Manage a high volume of daily phone consultations with potential clients.

Requirements:

• German (Native or C2 level).
• English (C1 level).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch over the phone and craft persuasive proposals.

• Fulltime role (39 hours per week Monday to Friday).
• Salary: 24310 gross per year up to 4290 in bonuses annually.
