Job Description
- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment campaigns, including the implementation of sourcing strategies, through to delivering and managing the offer process.
- Establish positive working relationships with candidates and key stakeholders to ensure that the selection process complies with company and governmental policies.
- Act as key point of contact and SME for the hiring manager throughout the recruitment process.
- Engage with the hiring community for a role-specific briefing as required.
- Support with salary benchmarking and agreement on sourcing strategy.
