This role will start remote and then eventually in an office work structure after 23 months in Sarasota Florida.

Sound Decisions is a specialize recruitment agency based in Sarasota Florida. We specialize is doing fullcycle recruitment in various niche industries such as Accounting Finance Information Technology ECommerce Customer Service etc. for all of our clients hiring needs. We deploy talents in both remote and onsite work structure and source our talents internationally or depending on the clients preferred location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and other lead generation methods.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and recruitment team to create customized solutions for clients based on their specific needs and budget.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company and services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and account management preferably in the Recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
