Job Description

Are you a detailoriented and customerfocused professional looking for a parttime role We are seeking an Admin & Customer Service Analyst to join our team in Italy. In this role you will provide essential administrative support and ensure exceptional customer service. This is a remote position with a 50% parttime commitment perfect for those seeking a flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities: Administration:

  • Check and record customer payments.
  • Support in preparing documents for public tenders.
  • Assist with debt collection.
  • Perform backoffice and frontoffice activities.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer comments suggestions complaints and problems to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process daytoday customer enquiries via email and resolve issues.
  • Provide customers with information on company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and forward complex complaints.
  • Assist customers with returns exchanges or refund requests and issue credit notes.
  • Input new customer master data into ERP systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service roles (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of the English language.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer use and software applications.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions in a courteous professional and empathetic manner.
  • Active listening skills to understand customers needs and concerns.
  • Problemsolving orientation to resolve customer requests or problems quickly and effectively.
