Key Responsibilities: Administration:
- Check and record customer payments.
- Support in preparing documents for public tenders.
- Assist with debt collection.
- Perform backoffice and frontoffice activities.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer comments suggestions complaints and problems to ensure satisfaction.
- Process daytoday customer enquiries via email and resolve issues.
- Provide customers with information on company policies and procedures.
- Investigate and forward complex complaints.
- Assist customers with returns exchanges or refund requests and issue credit notes.
- Input new customer master data into ERP systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service roles (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Basic knowledge of the English language.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer use and software applications.
- Ability to handle customer interactions in a courteous professional and empathetic manner.
