Job Description
- Maintenance customer master data
- Key user for digital platform apps and relevant satellite systems
- Customer claims and related data according to existing policies and processes
- Inbound & Outbound phone call flows in order to optimize ways of working and processes thanks to new ACD implemented
- Support order to cash daily activities
- Deploy and provide reports on relevant customer service activities
Qualifications :
- Dynamic and proactive
- Good communication and relational skills
- Pragmatic and organized approach towards working
- Excellent Knowledge of the SAP system (appreciated) and main Office programs
- Good knowledge of English
