They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a sporty and positive attitude to join their team in Barcelona. Together with their young and dynamic team you will offer the best possible experience for customers all over the EMEA region.
Tasks
- Delivering a bestinclass consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions or issues regarding their orders services etc. through different channels (issues during presales midsales and aftersales)
- Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform
- Managing cases and Ecommerce questions using the software tools provided
Requirements
- Native level of English
- Advanced level of another language will be a plus
- Able to work from Barcelona
- Enjoy taking care of and helping people
- Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued
- Team player who is also able to work independently
- Attentive empathetic flexible and proactive
- Good communication skills
- Passionate about sports
- Eager to learn
