We are looking for a talented personality (m/f/d) for a wellknown cult brand.Our customer sells a wellknown soft drink worldwide. From young to old everyone grows up with this brand.

What will you be doing

• You reply to incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email
• For any question with regards to the product or services offered you know the answer
• You accept praise and criticism and pass it on to the respective departments

Do you have what it takes

• Feels confortable with customer service
• Empathic listener and persuasive speaker
• Speaks Dutch fluently and bring good English skills to the table
• Equipped with basic principles of information technology
• Professional yet fun
