The Specialist - PMAO supports the development, implementation and performance of the PMO Policies and Processes, and recommends enhancements and changes to improve end-users satisfaction. S/he leads assigned PMO Projects within available resources including supervising preparation, logistics, and delivery of the project, in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Supports in developing the implementation and performance of PMO Projects, Policies, and Processes, and recommends enhancements and changes to improve end-users satisfaction.
• Supports assigned PMO Projects within available resources including supervising preparation, logistics, and delivery of the project, in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops projects referred to the Project Management Office, in collaboration with Stakeholders (i.e. IT, Research, etc.) from various departments and services.
• Monitors the Delivery and Implementation including documentations, testing, and production while ensuring highest quality and business success.
• Plans and supervises the of necessary PMO Surveys internally and externally, in consultation with PMO team and other stakeholders.
• Reports and presents the status of assigned on-going PMO projects and responsibilities, on regular or ad-hoc basis.
• Carries out other similar or related duties and ad-hoc assignments for review or investigation on an as required basis when directed by line manager.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Healthcare, etc.).
Experience
5+ years of relevant work experience
