Job Description: Business Head DST (Home Loan & LAP)
Location: Delhi
Position: Business Head DST
CTC 16 24LPA

Company is a leading financial services provider in home loans and LAP dedicated to delivering exceptional customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Direct Sales Team setting performance goals.
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with marketing and operations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budget and analyze sales data for informed decisionmaking.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8 years in sales management ideally in home loans or LAP.
- Skills: Strong leadership analytical and communication skills; proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
