Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for software applications including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Monitor application performance and ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs and enhancements.
- Assist users with applicationrelated questions and issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and support processes.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure application stability and security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in application support or a similar role.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and amenable to report onsite in Imus Cavite
