Performance expectation:
- Should have handson experience in Performance testing tools like Jmeter.
- 5 years of relevant experience in Performance testing
- Capable of building performance strategy and should be able to build a performance plan
- Should be capable of presenting and highlighting the concerns by analysing the performance reports
Soft Skills
- Clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Creative troubleshooting of technical problems
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
- Ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work in a team
