**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales particularly in the SME sector and a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth.

# Key Responsibilities:

**Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets within the SME segment.
**Client Engagement:** Identify and engage potential clients through networking cold calling and referrals.
**Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
**Market Analysis:** Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
**Product Knowledge:** Maintain indepth knowledge of our SME products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
**Sales Reporting:** Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on strategies and promotional activities.

# Qualifications:

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in the SME sector.
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
**Skills:**
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive growth.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
