CTR
SENIOR LEGAL MANAGER (SLGM(CP)


One Post Pune based. Part of Secretariat assisting the Top
Management and Operation Team.
Degree in law with 10 to 15 years’ experience with minimum 10
years of working experience in ElectricalElectronics
Manufacturing Industry.
• Experienced in drafting vetting negotiating
structuring interpreting executing andor administrating
contractual documents and agreements.
• Ability to initiate defend monitor litigations and liaise
with the company’s advisors on legal matters.
• Proactively liaise with agencies and lawyers to ensure
speedier resolutions of pending cases.
• Generate smart yet complaisant ideas for dealing with
business situations.
• Competency in debt recover commercial agreements MOU’s
Labour Laws and JV agreements.
• Ability to assist Corporate Office Factory Locations and
Regional and Zonal offices at different locations.
• Handling IPR applications renewals and issues. Experienced
in handling cases related to Infringements. Experienced in
renewals of Patents (domestic and international) and Trade
Marks with documentations.
• Knowledge of Intellectual Properties of the company.
• Should have in depth knowledge of Society ByLaws rules and
regulations.
• Should be well versed with the government bodies and
documentation required to purchase landflats etc.
• Travelling required at PAN India level to attendrepresent
the cases in interactioncommunication with the local
advisors.
• Average age below 50 years.
