Job Title: Systems Administrator PeopleSoft / Coupa / ERP

Location: Atlanta GA Greenwood Village CO Hyattsville MD Oakland CA Pasadena CA Portland OR Renton WA Washington DC. (Hybrid)

Duration: 12months

Job Description;

• Drive incident and problem management processes to resolve complex issues including root cause analysis and coordinating prevention plans.

• Address secondlevel escalations and provide support for Cloud applications.

• Collaborate with Product teams leveraging Agile methodologies to enhance system performance and user experience.

• Lead and mentor IT and operational teams in troubleshooting and resolving applicationrelated issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum five (5) years in endtoend application/infrastructure production support.

• Leadership: At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Social Science Education Business Health Care or a related

field. Alternatively a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in PeopleSoft or Coupa (a must). Experience in supporting Cloud applications is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management processes.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
