The HR Recruiter & Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the fullcycle recruitment process and overseeing key HR operational functions. This role combines talent acquisition with essential HR administration
Job Responsibilites:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings candidate screening interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates recruitment agencies and industry networks.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with as per the geography
- Prepare and maintain various HR reports and metrics including turnover rates recruitment statistics and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Manage employee separation processes including exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field;
Proven experience (3 years) in HR recruitment and HR operations or a similar role.
Familiarity with HRIS systems applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with candidates and employees at all levels.
