Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the hotel s brand services and special offers across digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize the hotel s online presence including social media channels website and thirdparty listings.
- Lead the creation and of online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads Facebook Instagram and other relevant channels.
- Monitor analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics to measure ROI and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging and effective marketing materials such as graphics videos and blog posts.
- Collaborate with the hotel s sales and operations teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives and sales goals.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and optimize the website to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to engage with past and potential guests including newsletters promotions and loyalty programs.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and hotel industry marketing.
- Handle online reputation management including responding to customer reviews and queries on platforms like TripAdvisor Google and social media.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role for 45 years preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing tools strategies and best practices including paid advertising SEO SEM and social media marketing.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs) and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
