Onsite Support Engineer
Location: Matamoros Tamaulipas Mexico
Salary: 2000 pesos MXN per day

Excis Compliance Ltd. is looking for a talented Onsite Support Engineer (Deskside Technician) to join our team in Matamoros Mexico. If you re passionate about technology and enjoy handson work with a focus on customer satisfaction this opportunity is for you!
What You ll Do:
- Provide expert deskside support for PCs laptops and hardware components.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues perform data backups and restore systems.
- Support PC configuration operating system installation patching and upgrades.
- Address vulnerability mitigation and ensure security standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors to resolve issues and deliver technical solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to end users and provide executivelevel support.
- Be ready to travel (45 miles) for critical support and perform equipment setup that may require climbing ladders (up to 6 feet).
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in deskside support or a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware SCCM/Intune and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with PC imaging vulnerability remediation and handson hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide offhours support when required.
