The company wishes to employ a Regional Administration Manager at their branch in Western Cape. This is an Equity position.
The successful incumbent would be responsible for and oversees all aspects of operations within the relative branch. The Regional Administration Manager is responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of work and providing operational support for all business units including sales and technical teams. This person will support company operations by maintaining office systems supervising administrative staff and performing certain administrative functions as required.
The successful incumbent will be based in Brackenfell Cape Town

Operational administration:
- Motivating and managing the warehouse and logistics team effectively.
- Manage picking processing and invoicing of orders including deliveries
- Manage branch expenses within budget
- Plan and oversee building maintenance.
- Consistent delivery of highquality service to internal and external clients
- Commitment to team excellence and development.
- Manage the branch stock holding including the administration aspects such as stock returns and inter branch transfers.
- Manage the efficient use of company vehicles including maintenance and monitoring route deviations from least cost routing system
- Manage branch petty cash
- Verify and approve all expenses with cost saving in mind
- Prepare monthly expense budget report
- Manage ordering of office requirements (stationery and groceries)
Managing Internal Staff:
- Supervise 7 staff members including invoicing reception warehouse drivers and cleaning staff Provide training support and guidance to enhance team efficiency and cohesiveness
- Conduct biannual performance appraisals
- Manage staff leave applications
- Maintain discipline regarding timekeeping and leave management Manage office systems and operations:
- Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures identify and address performance and efficiency issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that operations are able to best support the sales and technical teams to achieve their budgets
Requirements
Qualification and requirements:
- A management degree or relevant qualification.
- A detailed knowledge and experience of the business administration field is extremely important.
- Previous staff and administration management experience required.
- Good people skills and conflict resolution ability.
- The ability to demonstrate leadership skills in a procedure driven environment.
- The ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
