IT Application SupportApplication Maintenance Specialists

We are seeking experienced IT Application Support/Application Maintenance Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in SAP ISU CCS SAP MDM SAP Basis and Data Power. You will be responsible for providing expert support and maintenance across these areas ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide application support and maintenance for SAP ISU CCS modules including Billing FICA Customer Management Device Management and Print Workbench.
Manage and support SAP MDM and SAP Basis.
Utilize Data Power for effective application integration and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement improvements and upgrades.
Document processes configurations and system changes to maintain operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:

Requirements

712 years of handson experience in IT Application Support/Application Maintenance.
Indepth knowledge of SAP ISU CCS SAP MDM SAP Basis and Data Power.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Work Location Requirement:
This position requires working onsite at our Carney   s Point NJ location for 3 days per week (TuesdayThursday). Candidates must be willing and able to comply with this requirement as part of their application.
