Job Description:
The HR Analyst will play a key role in supporting our HR operations by collecting analyzing and interpreting HR data. You will be responsible for improving HR metrics forecasting workforce needs and assisting with strategic workforce planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential as you will be expected to present data insights and build dashboards for internal reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect organize and analyze HR data to generate actionable insights for HR strategies.
Support workforce planning recruitment and human resources processes through data analysis.
Create and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI to visualize trends such as employee turnover absenteeism and hiring effectiveness.
Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR reports and KPIs.
Work closely with HR and management teams to identify staffing needs and workforce trends.
Present findings and recommendations to HR management and stakeholders using detailed Excel reports and Power BI dashboards.
Monitor and interpret key HR metrics (e.g. headcount employee engagement performance) to support datadriven decisions.
Assist in HR process optimization using data insights to improve recruitment onboarding and employee retention efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Data Analytics or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables and data analysis tools.
Experience with Power BI for building and maintaining dashboards.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
Experience in workforce planning and human resources operations.
Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP conditional formatting).
Expertise in Power BI dashboard creation and data visualization.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large data sets.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
