Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Web Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on analyzing website traffic user behavior and performance metrics to optimize user experience and conversion rates. You will be actively involved in designing implementing and analyzing A/B tests while continuously iterating on these tests to enhance website performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Website Performance: Analyze website traffic user behavior and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
- User Experience Optimization: Study user journeys and interactions on the website to identify opportunities for improving user experience and increasing conversion rates.
- A/B Testing: Design implement and analyze A/B tests to experiment with different elements of the website and identify the most effective changes.
- Continuous Optimization: Engage in an ongoing process of optimization learning from past experiments and applying insights to future tests. Contribute to the overall enhancement of user experience and conversion rates.
- Data Integrity: Proactively identify areas where data is missing or inaccurate to ensure reliable and understandable analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product team including designers and product managers to identify areas for improvement and assist in prioritizing and making UX design decisions.
- Tools Mastery: Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics DEP Optimizely and Content Square to gather data and generate insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in web analytics and user experience optimization.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics DEP in H&M Optimizely and Content Square.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
