Our Client specializes in the sale of processed wood products. These products are primarily used as raw materials for interior design and construction projects such as formwork for concrete. The company offers custom orders tailored to its clients specific needs and also provides consultations to help customers select the most suitable materials for their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the employer including managing schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Communicate effectively on behalf of the employer with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with personal tasks such as running errands and overseeing household needs.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
• Drive the employer to meetings appointments or other destinations as needed.

Requirements:

• English proficiency (spoken and written) is a must.
• Mandarin proficiency would be a huge advantage.
• Bachelor/Diploma degree in any related field.
• Valid drivers license (SIM A) and ability to drive a car are mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible availability to respond to requests outside of standard office hours when necessary.
